State Based Exchanges

Some states use a state based exchange instead of healthcare.gov for individual and family health insurance enrollment. Mindful Family Insurance is currently certified with the following state based programs:

If you live in the state of Georgia, you will utilize Georgia Access for your health insurance enrollment.
